By booking and using our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Respect the Space
We’ve built this studio to be a home for Austin’s creative community. To keep the light bright and the energy high for everyone, please treat the space as your own. These guidelines ensure a clean, safe, and ready-to-use environment for every guest.

Payment: All sessions must be booked in advance via our website. Full payment is required to secure your time. All sales are final; no refunds or credits.
The "Studio" Definition: We are a natural light rental space only. Photographers and equipment are not included.
Hours: Standard access is 7 AM – 9 PM. Special requests outside these hours may be accommodated via email.

Time is Inclusive: Your booking period includes your total setup and cleanup time. Please plan accordingly to ensure the space is ready for the next guest.
Overtime: If you occupy the space more than 10 minutes past your slot, a fee of $10 per minute will apply.
Light Awareness: We are a natural light studio. Please check sunset times for your date and plan your photoshoot accordingly.

Privacy: Your rental is completely private. Only you and your guests will have access.
Included: Every booking includes WiFi, climate control, a private restroom, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Instructions: Check your confirmation email for parking and access details.

The Golden Rule: Leave the studio exactly as you found it. Mi casa, tu casa!
Standard Cleanup: Dispose of all trash, wipe down used surfaces, and return all props/furniture to their original spots. Do not drag furniture across the floors; please lift to move.
Cleaning Fees: If the space requires professional attention after your visit, fees will apply:
$75 Standard Fee: (Trash left behind, furniture not reset).
$150–$250 Deep Clean: (Cake smashes, pet messes, heavy spills, or food residue).
Reporting: If something breaks, tell us immediately. We understand accidents happen, but we need to know so we can fix it for the next guest.

Hard-to-Clean Materials: Absolutely no glitter, confetti, fake snow, powder, paint, sand, or smoke machines.
Surfaces: Nothing may be nailed, taped, or adhered to the walls or ceilings (including Command strips).
Furniture: No standing on furniture. No food or drinks on rugs or upholstered items.
Substances: No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises. Open flames (candles) must be contained in a vase or lantern.
Conduct: We prohibit explicit or sexually graphic activity. Professional/tasteful boudoir is permitted, but we reserve the right to terminate any session that violates industry standards of decency.

Pets: Up to 2 house-trained pets are welcome! Please bring supplies to clean up hair or messes. Pets must stay off furniture. A $150+ fee applies for excessive hair or odors.
Kids: Children must be supervised at all times. The renter assumes full liability for minors.
Cake Smashes: Permitted with a mandatory protective floor covering. All residue must be cleaned before you leave to avoid a deep-cleaning fee.

Security: For the safety of the space and our guests, cameras are active at all times (excluding restrooms/changing areas).
Responsibility: The Other Studio is not liable for injuries, falls (including stairs), or lost/stolen personal items. Renters assume all risks for themselves and their guests.
Parking: Renters are responsible for securing their vehicles; we are not liable for theft or towing.

Need to pivot? You can reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours before your start time via the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

The Instructor Flex-Pack
We believe in flexibility for the modern wellness professional. Our Flex-Pack allows you to lock in our lowest rate while maintaining total control over your schedule.
Investment: $150 ($50/hour)
Credit: 3 Hours of Studio Time
Window: Valid for 45 days from the date of purchase.
Prime Movement Hours: Available for booking Monday–Sunday during our peak energy windows:
Mornings: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Evenings: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

1. Booking & Usage
Incremental Use: Flex-Pack credits must be used in minimum 1-hour blocks.
Punctuality: Your rental period includes setup and breakdown. Please do not enter the studio before your time slot and ensure the room is clear by the end of your hour to respect the next professional.
The "Reset" Rule: The studio must be returned to its "Neutral State." All equipment (mats, blocks, weights) must be wiped down with provided sanitizing wipes and returned to designated storage.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
48-Hour Policy: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will have the credit returned to your account. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Expiration: All Flex-Pack hours must be used within 45 days of the purchase date.
3. Safety & Insurance
Liability: All instructors must maintain their own Professional Liability Insurance and have it on file with the studio.
Waivers: Instructors are responsible for collecting liability waivers from their own students. The Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during independent classes.
Capacity: For safety and comfort, class size is capped at 15 participants.

Event Rentals & Small Gatherings
Our studio is a unique, stylish venue designed for intimate gatherings of 50 people or less. From workshops and brand activations to baby showers and corporate receptions, we provide the perfect minimalist backdrop for your milestone.

Inquiry: All events must be booked via email to ensure your date and guest count are accommodated.
Pricing: Event rates start at $150/hour with a 4-hour minimum booking.

External Vendors: You are welcome to bring your own catering and decor teams. To protect the space and your guests, all third-party vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the event.
Furniture & Rentals: All equipment deliveries and pickups must happen strictly within your reserved booking window. If your rental company requires day-before delivery or day-after pickup, those additional hours must be booked and paid for in advance.

Catering: You may bring in any food or drink. However, please note we do not have a commercial kitchen or refrigeration.
Prep: All food must be prepared prior to arrival. Chafing dishes and heaters are permitted; however, on-site cooking is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol Policy: We require strict adherence to TABC guidelines. All alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartending service. All beverages must remain inside the studio suite at all times.

Liability: The renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of all attendees. Vehicle security and parking remain the sole responsibility of the renter and their guests.
Cleanup: As with all our rentals, the space must be returned to its original state. Please ensure your catering and decor teams are aware of our studio’s cleanup guidelines to avoid additional fees.
